We were offered a contract within two weeks at full asking price. The closing of our home occurred approximately 45 after we signed the listing agreement. Our house sold in 10 days! We had worked with Dave Faxel while we were
contemplating listing the property. He gave great advice on how to prep the

Working with Dave was phenomenal experience, especially as a first-time buyer. When I had questions, and there were many, Dave had quick, detailed answers. Sugar-coating things is not his way, and I appreciate that.
What made me almost instantly comfortable working with Dave is how, above all, he made it immediately apparent that he wanted me in a place where I could see myself and reasonably expect to be happy. There was never a hard sell or pressure of any kind.
On top of all that, Dave is simultaneously honest and optimistic. The second time we went to look at properties was a Thursday that ended up being as fruitless as our first trip.
